The Exponential Intrapreneur

Bring entrepreneurial thinking and exponential opportunities to established organizations

Description

Large organizations' inertia often means that entrepreneurial efforts struggle to get recognition, space, or funding—especially when they are exponential in nature and thus require a long development period. In response, forward-thinking organizations have special departments or funding methods for intrapreneurship, like an innovation incubator, internal 'startup' funds, and/or strategic partnership groups which assess opportunities differently than 'business as usual' projects and departments.
